Staff were manually deciding which printer to send jobs to, causing delays, misrouted print jobs, and unnecessary downtime when one printer was overloaded while others sat idle.
What I Built
Built a desktop application using Electron.js that monitors all connected printers in real time, automatically routes incoming jobs to the most available device, balances load across the fleet, and gives operators a central control panel to manage everything from one screen.
